According to Ain't it Cool News Lethal Weapon 5 could very well be in the works. Granted this is a BIG rumor. I do find it fitting that Danny Glover is old, and Mel Gibson is bat shit crazy, so I mean a script shouldn't be that hard to write. It is also fitting since recently I was talking about sequels that could/should be made.
